Service Policy

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Kleen n Shine Cleaning & Restoration Services (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) and the client (“Client”, “You”, or “Your”).

Services Provided 

Kleen n Shine Cleaning & Restoration Services provides professional services including but not limited to:

  • Residential Cleaning
  • Commercial Cleaning
  • Vacation Rental Cleaning
  • Specialty Cleaning Services
  • Laundry & Dry-Cleaning Services
  • Painting
  • Restoration and Renovation Services
  • Asbestos Abatement

Specific services, schedules, and pricing will be outlined in the service quote or invoice provided to the Client.

2. Scheduling and Access

Clients must ensure that our team has safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the invoice terms provided. The Company reserves the right to charge late fees for overdue payments.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit card
  • Debit
  • Other approved payment methods

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule services. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide a safe work environment.
  • Secure valuables or fragile items.
  • Inform the Company of any hazards or special conditions at the property.

The Company is not responsible for damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed.

6. Liability

While we take great care when performing services, Kleen n Shine Cleaning & Restoration Services shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by faulty installations or materials.

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Service Satisfaction

If a client is dissatisfied with a service provided, they must notify the Company within 24 hours so that the issue can be reviewed and addressed where appropriate.

8. Changes to Services

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
